1. Processing Time
Orders normally take 2 business days to process before shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on destination country and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are for reference only, delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics issues, peak seasons or force majeure events.

3. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. We cannot predict customs charges and these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. Delivery Risk
Once the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier, delivery risk transfers to the buyer. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact local courier first then contact us.

5. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If the parcel is returned to us due to wrong address, recipient unavailable or customs rejection, buyer will bear the original shipping cost and return freight. We will reship only after buyer pays the new shipping fee.

6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, pandemic, port congestion, carrier suspension or customs action.

7. Governing Law
This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
