1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may apply for return or refund within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods. The products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, with all tags intact. Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless the goods are defective or wrong item delivered.

2. Return Process
Please contact our customer service via email before returning goods. Do not send returns without prior notification. We will send you return instructions after review. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is caused by our error (defective product, wrong item shipped).

3. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the refund arrival time depends on your payment provider. Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

4. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos or videos as proof. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
